Our gift set makes a great present for honey lovers, it has one jar of each of our flavours, Cinnamon, Raw and Turmeric, all displayed in a single neat gift box.
Our Honey is produced on our farm near Tamworth, Staffordshire and is extracted using old fashioned techniques. These techniques ensure the honey is never heated or processed in a way which alters the flavour which means you can enjoy your honey the way our bees intended. Our honey is produced from a mix of natural local flowers and is light and runny with a distinctive floral flavour.
Turmeric Infused Raw honey is made using our finest honey produced on our farm near Tamworth, Staffordshire. To this honey we blend ground Turmeric. Turmeric is widely used not only for its flavor but also its medicinal properties. This honey remains sweet but does have some heat from the Turmeric. If you like taking Turmeric everyday but aren’t a fan of the taste this is for you!
Cinnamon Infused Honey is made using our finest raw honey produced on our farm near Tamworth, Staffordshire. To this honey we blend ground cinnamon which gives instant flavor but over time infuses with the honey. Don’t expect a very strong cinnamon flavour right away, it should be subtle but noticeable and will get stronger the longer you let it last.. if you can resist eating it right away!
Track Your Honey
Traceability in honey is so important that’s why we go above and beyond regulations and add a batch number to every jar, as we only produce in small batches we can tell you pretty much exactly which hive your honey has come from, sometimes we even have single hive batches. If you want to know which hives your honey has come from, what flowers the bees had been collecting nectar from and how that hive did this season as well as other information please go to Track Your Honey!, enter your batch number and find out all about your honey straight away!
Honey can granulate, if this happens just sit the jar in warm water and it will return to a runny state.
Please note that individual batches of honey differ as the bees forage on different flowers.
