The perfect jar for the real honey lovers out there! 1kg of our natural honey. Experience the exquisite, natural flavours of our artisanal all British honey. Handcrafted with care on our Staffordshire farm, our honey captures the essence of the lush landscapes of Staffordshire and Warwickshire. Every jar is filled with pure, unfiltered honey straight from the bees. 

Our bees produce honey by foraging on a mix of local wildflowers. This golden coloured honey is light and runny with a distinctive medley of sweet floral flavours. Individual batches of honey can differ as the bees are free to forage on different flowers as they please. 

Whether you’re spreading it on warm toast or adding a touch of sweetness to your favourite cup of tea, our honey is a diverse, delicious and wholesome choice for any occasion. Elevate your culinary experience with the authentic taste of Britain in every delicious spoonful. 

Our Honey – We pride ourselves on offering natural, unaltered honey. While we can’t label it as raw due to changing regulations, rest assured it’s unpasteurised and minimally strained to retain its goodness. As beekeepers, we treasure the pure product our bees create. Honey just as it should be!

The judges said – “A light, delicate and pretty honey. Lovely florals on a sweet base, yet not overwhelmingly so. Subtly acidic on the finish. Simple and delicious, we can imagine this on buttered toast with tea on a winter’s afternoon whilst dreaming of summer!” We couldn’t agree more! 

Honey can granulate, if this happens just sit the jar in warm water and it will return to a runny state.

    I buy 2 of these jars at the same time. I get delivery to my door. It works out cheaper to buy two kilo jars than the smaller ones. The honey supplied lasts me about three months. Honey is the only naturally occurring substance that does not go off. Eating local honey is apparently good for you. A wise man said, if you feed bees sugar, they will produce honey. Buying excellent local honey, and Holt Hall honey is excellent, is good for me, good for the bees and good for the local economy. Win, win, win!

    I ordered 2 x 1 kilo jars this time. I fill my small jar with the runny honey which fits better in the kitchen cupboard and it is a little more economical with regard to price to do this. I will use the 1 kilo jars, when empty, for bottling my home grown produce later in the season, but would be prepared to wash and return them to the Apiary should this be a viable idea for Matthew’s business.
