Introducing our Chunk Honey, a heavenly blend of summer sweetness and rustic richness! Our clear, natural honey comes from around Tamworth in Staffordshire, with a delicate floral flavour that works perfectly on your morning cereals or toast.
Inside each jar, you will find a hand-cut chunk of our rich and smoky Heather honeycomb from the Peak District. This dark, thick honeycomb offers a hint of bitterness with a slight savoury edge. It pairs well with meats or a delightful addition to any cheese board.
Our Honey – We pride ourselves on offering natural, unaltered honey. While we can’t label it as raw due to changing regulations, rest assured it’s unpasteurised and minimally strained to retain its goodness. As beekeepers, we treasure the pure product our bees create. Honey just as it should be!
Honey can granulate, if this happens just sit the jar in warm water and it will return to a runny state.
