We believe in great quality honey produced by our bees in the midlands. We also believe in great value and so if you can support us as a small business by buying 3 jars we give you £2.00 off making 3 jars £16.00 instead of £18.00

All of our honey is processed on our farm and is of the highest quality. We aren’t allowed to call our honey Raw as trading standards have started removing the term for all producers but we can assure you our honey isn’t pasteurised, it isn’t filtered heavily just strained to removed the large beeswax and we would never ever add syrups or sugars to make our products cheaper like what’s being reported of supermarket honey at the moment. Quality is key, please do check out all of our reviews.

Our Runny, Soft Set and Chunk is just the way the bees made it, our other infusions are the same great unpasteurised honey however they have been infused with their flavours which means as well as the delicious honey flavour you also get a bit extra! If you’re not sure what you’d like on the markets our best sellers are Runny, Chunk, Ginger and Cinnamon.

  • Soft Set Honey – Creamy soft set honey produced from Oil Seed Rape honey in the spring, ideal for spreading without the mess, much more subtle honey flavour
  • Chunk Honey – Our Runny honey but with a chunk of Heather Honey Comb, a real treat that looks and tastes great
  • Lemon Infused Honey – Our soft set honey infused with lemon juice and zest which offsets the sweetness of the honey
  • Ginger Infused Honey – Classic Combo, soft set infused with punchy ginger. One of our best sellers and we know why, it tastes amazing!
  • Cinnamon Infused Honey – Soft set honey infused with warming Cinnamon think spiced coffee and warming porridge
  • Turmeric Infused Honey – Soft set honey infused with Turmeric, for those taking turmeric already this is a much more pleasant taste and also fantastic in cooking

    After reading about how important it is to have honey from one source unlike many brands at the supermarket and the possible benefits for local honey for hayfever, I found Holt Hall Apiary, honey is delicious, runny is my everyday go to and Heather Honey is as good as any I’ve tasted, also have tried the infused Ginger Honey can’t wait to try the other infused honeys.     Very good service however packaging needs to improve with bubble wrap etc otherwise can lead to a jar or 2 being smashed to smithereens in transit – as has happened to me!

      Hi Oksana,
      Thank you for your review. I’m very sorry about the broken jar, this was actually our first breakage in 5 months and considering the volume we send out and the way some couriers handle parcels we think that is great odds. We avoid bubble wrap for environmental reasons and use our own shredded cardboard instead. Unfortunately it seems we hadn’t packed it correctly but I’m glad the replacements made it in good condition. Thank you very much for your order, as a small business it is very much appreciated!

    The honey is absolutely delicious and I will definitely be purchasing again. The ginger infused honey is our favourite, brilliant for glazed and I love it on my granola and yogurt in the morning. The cinnamon infused is great on waffles or in cakes and the lemon infused is good in tea.
    The honey was dispatched and arrived in a timely manner. The packaging protected the jars very well in transit

    Lovely local honey. Unusual to have such choice of flavours, ginger is really good and chocolate excellent. Easy to pick up from Planters when shopping but delivery available. Really pleased and will keep buying.
